Invitation to Bid – Misc Cured-In-Place Pipe Lining Projects (2027)

Sealed Bids for “Miscellaneous Cured-In-Place Pipe Lining Projects (2027)” will be received by the South Davis Sewer District (Owner) located at 1800 West 1200 North, West Bountiful, Utah, (801) 295-3469, until 2:00 p.m. (Mountain Time) on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. 

The Project consists of the following work:

Lining of approximately 1,875 feet of 10-inch diameter pipe and 8,016 feet of 8-inch diameter pipe and reinstating service connections (laterals) at various locations in the south portion of Davis County, Utah.

Electronic copies of the Contract Documents may be requested by going to the South Davis Sewer District’s website or by calling the South Davis Sewer District’s office at 801-295-3469 between 7:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Plans will be available on or after Monday, August 3, 2026. Questions shall be submitted through the South Davis Sewer District’s website. Those questions not received by 5:30 p.m. (Mountain Time) on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, may not be answered. 

Any contractor who has not performed work for the Owner within the last five (5) years may be required to submit additional documentation. The documentation shall include experience and references for at least three (3) projects of similar scope and size completed within the last five (5) years. The work will be awarded based on experience, prior workmanship on Owner projects, references, availability and cost.

The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
